We have some rotary dial phones in the house. They’re a pain to dial out on because
a) it takes ages even if it works
b) the pulse to DTMF converted tones aren’t interpreted reliably
and
c) sometimes the pulse to DTMF converter doesn’t work at all.
Because the phones are all hooked up to FreePBX, I have a way to ‘originate’ calls from the command line, but I’d love to be able to do this from my wall tablet. I’m looking for a card like this one but one that would send the typed digits out via MQTT. I can handle the rest. Anyone know of a way?
Thanks!!
