i just bought the new kia sportage 2023
I was wondering if it was possible to integrate its different parameters into ha (Mykia)
I know that via Android Auto we have access to HA for certain commands…

I have installed this yesterday and works perfect. Now i’m looking for a nice card to show all the entities.
the new kia sportage has KIA connect and not UVO connect !!!
I have a new Kia Sportage PHEV and the integration works perfect! I use the Kia Connect app.

Just got kia connect.
Not sure which integration to use now, the kia connect? (it says its for old cars, new one should use the uvo)
Or do i need the uvo integration?

there is only one custom integration that supports Kia Connect (old name Kia Uvo).
When I started working on this, there was no kia connect, everything was on kia uvo.
later on, everyone had been migrated into kia connect, no more kia uvo, but we are keeping it for legacy reasons.
I have problem with this integration. I have kia sorento 2025 and when i press unlock button this integration showing error code like “Failed to perform the action lock/unlock. ‘controlToken’”.

Hi All, I have a Kia Sportage PHEV. I want to do a force update with latest car location when I power the car off. I see a binary sensor for the engine (on/off) but when the car is running in EV mode, the sensor stays off as the engine hasnt been enabled. Is there any other binary sensor that I can use to detect when the car has been powered off ?
Hi my kia integration isnt working anymore.
But, i got a message from kia i should use the new kia app, and that the old kia connect app will be abandonned.
Might that be the cause?
Is there a new integration to replace the old one too?
