I bought a pack of 3 KMC Smart Plug, the 3 connect well, work well, for 60 seconds and then turn off. They pass to the off state, I turn them on, they respond to the programming, manually, everything goes well until 60 seconds of operation pass and they are turned off.
They do not lose WiFi signal, it is not a mechanical issue because if I initialize them, I leave them as newcomers from the factory, I connect them to the electrical network and activate them with the physical button, they turn on and stay on without problems, of course This way they do not work since they can not be programmed. I reconnect them to the KMC Smart App and everything goes fine until 60 SECONDS pass and they go out.
Does anyone know if it is possible to access the devices via http for example (in AP mode) to verify logs and understand the reason for the disconnection?
Or in what way this error can be corrected (it is possible that buying one of better quality is the answer).
