KNX device node constant disconnections

Hey,

I’m using a KNX Device node and since 1-2 weeks the workflow is not working. It still works, when I’m using my knx devices through HA.

I guess, that the problem is with the constant dissconnections of the node. The node have the status “Connected. On Duty” but after a few seconds the status switch to “Next cycle will reconnected”. Both status switch aprrox. every 5-10sec.

My automation is based on the brightness from my weather station but if the msg is send, when the device is not conneted, the flow is not executed.

Any idea how to solve the problem?

neither the term “device mode”. “workflow” or “on duty”, “Next cycle will reconnected” are used anywhere in the HA Knx Integration - so I’m not really sure what is actually going on there.

Edit: oh never mind, I didn’t see the “NodeRed” Tag…

Edit 2: are you by anc chance using a VM under Windows?

Hey, I’m using HA as a VM with Hyper-V on Windows 10 Pro.

Hey farmio, thanks for the link. It seems that the security update from windows cause the error and the only workaround is to uninstall the patch. Unfortunately I can’t uninstall the patch until now. The examples didn’t work.

I’m trying to avoid the knx nodes and configure the knx through yml. Hope that this will work.
