I made a simple application (so far only for iOS) to configure ESPHome Wi-Fi using the Improv BLE ver. 1 protocol (https://www.improv-wifi.com/)
It is a little overloaded and not responsive, but it performs the main function (the only one). I will make an Android release later.
In general, I now work a lot with ESPHome directly without a Home Assistant and it would be easier for me to manage through the frontend on the phone than in the browser.
