I am struggling with the Konnected.io integration in my Home Assistant instance. Everything is up-to-date, details at the bottom of this post.
The siren is the only thing that works. All door, motion, moisture, CO sensors, and relays are unavailable. I can’t even find logs to troubleshoot. I don’t see any configuration in configuration.yaml, but I think that is expected.
My Konnected panel is also connected to SmartThings. I can access the sensors in Home Assistant using the SmartThings entities. However, I was hoping to have direct, local access to the Konnected sensors.
I have seen posts about the API override URL, and I have tried it with no difference. The Siren works when I don’t configure the override, and when I configure the override. Since the siren works, I know I have a connection, but I don’t know why non of the sensors report. I have deleted the integration a few times, flashed the Konnected panel, rebooted HA and Konnected too many times to count.
So, my questions…
Where are the logs?
Where is the config stored? The config in the UI is a little clunky.
Why are all of the sensors unavailable/unknown (except the siren! so I know I have a connection).
