Has anyone else ordered an alarm kit from Konnected. I ordered one around Black Friday and got notified a few days ago that they had run out of boards and the order would not be fulfilled until January. Rather disappointed to say the least.
The main reason for my post was not to express my disappointment, but to ask if anyone else had ordered from the UK and what duty they had to pay.

I’m not in the UK but have placed a handful of orders with them. They will process your order and It will be worth the wait. The system is incredibly stable and works exactly the way you would want and expect it to. Added dozens of sensors to HA from my hardwired alarm system and they’ve always just worked.
UK guy here - I had to replace some Konnected kit at the beginning of the year and hit stock and delay issues due to the v2 launch.
Might be worth reaching out to Smart Home Alarms who are a UK dealer and really helped me out with stock and troubleshooting the installation of the v2 boards before the documentation was available.
