I am not the author of your mentioned repository so I cannot support you here, I am sorry.

Maybe you should open an issue in that repository or maybe @bedman can further help here?
In general I think you just have to copy the custom_components folder and then you should see it on the integrations page and should be able to configure it.

You can install it via HACS → Add Repository and then add it as device.
But it does not work with my Kostal Piko 4.2 :frowning:

Guys, my older 5.5 with FW 4.x will be replaced with the new generation (FW 5.x) , not plenticore…

I have found 2 custom components, which is the best one?

Does anyone know the advantages of the Kostal PIko New Generation series besides the green color bar ?

Guys, with a NG here? mine was replaced from DCS to NG model (5.5)
I see that it needs a lot of power on at morning eventing to start/shutdown
Is this a normal behaviour? Is this because its quite dark on this time of period, seems it doesnt get enough current to start
