KS-7011 Tuya Dimmer Switch shows as unsupported with zero entities

I recently installed a dimmer switch (Model: KS-7011) and connected it through Smart Life. Home Assistant shows that in the Device list, but I am unable to use it in the automation actions because it has no entities.

I am a newbie and I am trying to understand why the Controls list is empty. I tried to search in forums for a similar issue but couldn’t get any direction. Can someone help, please?

The Device Debugging tab on the Tuya IOT Platform shows the below controls. So, I believe that there is an issue with Home Assistant not able to pull those entities.

I have other wall plugs and switches on the same platform and they seem to be working fine.

I have same same problem with other device. In Tuya IoT I see data but HomeAssistent shows it as unsupported and does not show any entities.
Device is KKT KOLBE BKW600-02 Balkonkraftwerk 600W (unsupported)
