KULED 602S Tasmota

I have been running about a dozen KULED 602S switches with a motion sensor to activate them for about 8 months with no problems. Tasmota version 9.4.0
I just recently had to use a backup to restore my home assistant setup.
After reinstalling, all the motion sensors activate the switches through the automation’s as expected,
but the problem I am having is that if I press the paddle nothing happens except the switch led light flashes and it does record something in the tasmota console (see below) but the light does not turn on.

16:08:44.392 MQT: stat/office_closet/RESULT = {"POWER":"ON"}
16:08:44.396 MQT: stat/office_closet/POWER = ON (retained)
16:08:45.041 MQT: tele/office_closet/STATE = {"Time":"2021-06-12T16:08:45","Uptime":"0T00:16:07","UptimeSec":967,"Heap":26,"SleepMode":"Dynamic","Sleep":50,"LoadAvg":19,"MqttCount":2,"POWER":"OFF","Wifi":{"AP":1,"SSId":"Micah83_IoT","BSSId":"76:83:C2:21:49:0F","Channel":11,"RSSI":100,"Signal":-41,"LinkCount":1,"Downtime":"0T00:00:03"}}
16:08:45.045 MQT: stat/office_closet/RESULT = {"POWER":"OFF"}
16:08:45.048 MQT: stat/office_closet/POWER = OFF (retained)
16:08:53.785 MQT: stat/office_closet/BUTTON1T = {"TRIG":"SINGLE"}
16:08:57.741 MQT: stat/office_closet/BUTTON1T = {"TRIG":"SINGLE"}

Any thoughts on what might not have reinstalled properly.
Do I have to run a command in Tasmota to resync the paddle.
I am a little lost.
Thank you for the help.
