Kwikset Zigbee lock issues

Hello, I have two of Kwikset Convert Amazon.com. Im using a ConBee II as my coordinator and the locks are <30 feet from it. They will work perfectly at first when paired via Z2M or ZHA, then they’ll continue to report the state, but then give me a timout error when trying to lock or unlock via HA.

Anyone know how to resolve?

Were you able to resolve this? Does it matter that it’s the amazon key edition?

Yeah, my solution was prolly not as eloquent as you are looking for but, I returned them and got the Yall Access locks instead.
