Labels and Automation Targets - What am I doing wrong

Hi,

Been a user for a couple years now and many of the newer UI enhancements, I’m slowly getting around to implementing. I wanted to create a couple new automations using labels that I had given to certain devices. I’m trying to understand why those labels are not showing as targets in my automation.

I have a label for certain speakers I want to repeat a TTS phrase when a button is pushed (i.e. “Call for help” button), but the speaker group shown in pictures doesn’t appear.

What am I not factoring in here?

that targets field is looking for tts.* object, not media player entities.

if you click on “choose device” i suspect you you won’t find any of those devices as options either…
