Last update trigger sensor

I used that sensor a year ago or more, and now I just thought I should give it a try on something else.
As I remember it you enabled the sensor and toggled a boolean that flipped back to off, then you entered the package name you wanted to listen.
That is not what I see now.
Where do I add the apps I want to listen for?

This sensor let’s you register for intents not apps, apps are the notification sensors

By some reason it’s refusing me to take screenshots.
This is my work phone:

I have tried to force close the app and open it again.
Do I need to restart the phone?

not sure a restart will fix it, looks like its not reading the database value set. You may need to start fresh.

I deleted the app, and installed it again.
I still get the same view, no toggle button.

uninstall and reinstall triggers autoback up which will restore the bad state…you need to start fresh: Troubleshooting | Home Assistant Companion Docs

I have tried this both before updating the Android version on the phone and after.
