Client connection error

but the graphics now are awful in VNC…unless you scroll all the way out, and then all icons then don’t fit on a page…bad update !!

I don’t have that issue with the graphics, everything in the VNC session looks fine on my install.
I also don’t get that error, so there may just be something wrong on your end.

Regardless, the link below is the correct place to report errors with the addon:

@Silicon_Avatar thanks for your input…what is your screen resolution is it 1920x1080…mine is 1680x1050 I wonder if that has something to do with the blocky output ?

Yes, my monitor is 1920x1080.

If I shrink the browser to not be full screen, the text of the “application” in VNC does shrink. The nodes in the middle remain readable though.

This is what mine looks like (the screen recorder shrunk the window size a bit, so it’s a tad smaller than typical).

Is your display quite different?

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to show me this…Yours as you say is fine…I have delved a little deeper and it looks like its my chrome browser…the image is distorted and if I move the cursor off the VNC application screen to the home bar it refreshes the picture…
It doesn’t do this with Microsoft Edge browser. I have deleted Chrome and re-installed it but it’s still the same I’m using version Chrome Version 86.0.4240.111 (Official Build) (64-bit) if anyone else has issues…I’ve also reinstalled my video drivers…it’s all very odd…

**UPDATE…unticked hardware acceleration in Google Chrome and that seems to have temporarily solved it, using the Chrome Browser
