LED dimmers not working with HA

I have two dimmers, a Zooz ZEN31 and a Qubino ZMNHWD. I can’t get either one to work with HA. I’ve used the Zooz and two others before, with OpenHAB and they worked just fine. They include/exclude from zwavejsmqtt without any issue, but I can never get the strip to light up. No errors in the logs. I can measure there is power getting to the strip. For both dimmers, the devices are setup like this:

None of those switches turn on the light and none allow for adjusting the color temperature. I’ve gone through the exclude/include cycle with these any number of times, I’m at a loss.

What happens if you attempt to control the LEDs from the zwavejs2mqtt control panel?

If you mean by performing a level change up? Then yes, for both dimmers.

Are you able to set the colors via zwavejs2mqtt?

Yes, that I can do. I can also set the temperature (cool/warm white). The strip just never turns on.

Set the zwave-js logging to silly in the control panel and post your logs when you attempt to adjust the strip.

Are you sure the LED strip isn’t damaged?

Yes, but I can try another that is currently working with OpenhHAB. I’ll try later and get back.
