Led Strip dimmer wont turn off

Hey I just bought a led strip, a dimmer (YSR-MINI-01_dimmer) and power source 24 v 4.2A… all the pakage.
The controller is recognice on HA, Z2M. The thing is when I turn it off it does not goes off. also the dimming is almost not noticible. If I press the controller phisical button it does not power off either.

From Aliexpress are going to resend a new dimmer. It is probably faulty! bouth of the devices I bougth.

Hello! Sorry to bring this up years later, did you solved it by replacing the product? I am experiencing the same issue.
