Lenovo Tablet Battery entity always at 0% through fully kiosk

Not sure what happened but the battery entity has always been stuck at 0% so my automation to charge it doesn’t work anymore. I looked at the companion app to maybe enable this sensor but it doesn’t even show up there. I have it logged in in HA app and fully kiosk but its still the same. I have reinstalled both companion and fully kiosk app many times but to no avail. Does anybody have an idea where I should look to try and fix this?

that only happens if the OS reports it has no battery

Thanks. Im still new specially with yaml stuff. What exactly should I do to make it working again?

in the case of hte companion app nothing you can really do asides from checking for an OS update and/or factory resetting the device to see if the OS will properly report the battery level. Its strange that is not hte case, are you on the stock rom? maybe the battery is in really bad health

Yes its on the stock rom. It was working before until I installed fully kiosk, purchased the license, then add fully kiosk integration. However I tried to completely uninstall fully kiosk then install mobile integration thinking that fully kiosk is the problem but Im still having the issue.
