I’m a huge OpenClaw and Home Assistant fan, so DjeliClaude (my OpenClaw instance) and I created a conversation agent for OpenClaw for HA: GitHub - Djelibeybi/openclaw_conversation: Home Assistant custom component that gives OpenClaw access to your smart home
It also leverages mcporter and ha-mcp to control devices in your home.
This allows you to set your OpenClaw instance as the conversation agent for assist pipelines. Which means if you have a ESPhome-based voice assistant, your OpenClaw instance can hear you and respond.
