Let user change update interval of discovergy to higher update rate for better use with automations

For many automations the actual update time of 30 seconds is much too long.
Inexogy offers update frequency of 1 second.
Using the meter data for zero export in combination of photovoltaic we need at much faster data, best would be 1 sec. for live control, and save to database every 5 to 30 seconds, to avoid too much data in the database sorage.
