Let's encrypt add-on broken

I’ve install Let’s encrypt few month ago and it works perfectly. I’ve run it about two-three weeks ago without any problem: it started and checked certs. Now it’s simply doesn’t start at all. Nothing in the log of add-on.
I have Home Assistant supervised config and NGINX Home Assistant SSL proxy installed. Everything works fine except Let’s encrypt.
Home Assistant log tells me:

:
20-08-12 18:10:03 INFO (SyncWorker_3) [supervisor.docker.interface] Clean addon_core_letsencrypt application
20-08-12 18:10:03 ERROR (SyncWorker_3) [supervisor.docker] Can’t start addon_core_letsencrypt: 500 Server Error: Internal Server Error (“driver failed programming external connectivity on endpoint addon_core_letsencrypt (a0fcb259bb9c2d0d6ec19b96ae711fc9012db02cdf94e80904d9777c5c8988ba): Bind for 0.0.0.0:80 failed: port is already allocated”)

But I haven’t configure anything on port 80

Please Help!

You sure NGINX isn’t listening on 80?

It’s configured:

Network
|Container|Host|Description|
| — | — | — |
|443/tcp|||
|80/tcp||
