Let's Encrypt Addon: Add ClouDNS provider

Please add ClouDNS as Provider für DNS challenge on Let’s Encrypt Addon.

As seen on this letsencrypt-Page, ClouDNS is already supported by Let’s Encrpyt but not available in the HA-Addon.

I’ve submitted a change to the add-on to support this. Keep an eye out for it to get merged.
