LetsEncrypt - Firewall issues

I set up DuckDNS and LetsEncrypt ages ago. It was all working fine until I suddenly noticed that it was not. As I can’t remember the tutorial that I followed, I can not go back to my initial notes.

Now when I try access HASS from outside my network the LetsEncrypt log page states “Certbot failed to authenticate some domains (authenticator: standalone)” with the reason stated as “Timeout during connect (likely firewall problem)”. Even though this page also says that there is a log file I can look at, I can’t find it anywhere.

I think I may have accidentally deleted a firewall rule but not sure.
