LG OLED G3/C3 - anyone using them with the webostv integration?

I have a 2023 LG OLED TV with WebOS 23. I simply cannot get it to work with Home Assistant. The docs mention the following:

To begin with enable LG Connect Apps feature in Network settings of the TV.

This setting is not present in 2023 TVs. I am wondering what needs to be done to get newer TVs working with Home Assistant. There is a menu option to enable IP Control, but after enabling a code is displayed which is supposed to be entered somewhere. But the big question is: where do I enter this code?

Is anyone using a LG TV from 2023 with Home Assistant?

Hi @direx, did you get this working? I am considering buying a C3 and want ti to work with HA.

Yes, it is working. In my case I think it was a WebOS bug on the TV which I worked around by messing with network settings.

Ever since I did that the HA support for my TV has been solid and reliable.

I don’t suppose you remember what you had to do to get it working?

I think I did toggle IPv6 (disabled and re-enabled) and DHCPv4.

I guess a full factory reset would have also solved it but I did not want to go through that :slight_smile:
