Lg devices smarthinq Sensor stopped working. Retrying setup. Thinq platform not ready
Works fine here.
Sometimes it stops working, when there is a change in Privacy agreements. Then you need to log in in the mobile app, accept changes and everything works again.
Be sure to read release notes — as mentioned above, you need to log into the ThinQ app and accept the new user agreement, and then re-login via the integration.
Has been solid since I performed the above steps!
I am having same issue. Today, 11/17/2023. Using the mobile app, there is no new terms and conditions to accept. I even changed my LG password and still get “Invalid SmartThinQ credentials”

Invalid SmartThinQ credentials. Use the LG App on your mobile device to verify if there are Term of Service to accept. Account based on social network are not supported and in most case do not work with this integration.
