Lidl Silvercrest HG06104A LED strip

Hi! Does anyone have the Lidl LED strip HG06104A running with Z2M? L
I have three of them which worked well for a couple of days. Then the first one kept shining when turned off, showing red color at about the lowest brightness. A few days later, the second one showed the same error, staying on with green light. And the third one again red. Interestingly, when it first occured, the state before was either red or green.
After factory reset, the strip indicates the pairing mode by pulsating white light. Even then, also the red or green LEDs, respectively, are on next to the pulsating white ones. Therefore, I don’t think that HA/Z2M is causing the issue. On the other hand, 3 out of 3 defect after a few days also sounds strange. Any ideas?

I run this one since few days with Z2M and I noticed that one 2 of the 3 LEDs in each pair are working. Therefore color temperature doesn’t work. Only the color und cold white are working…
