Lidl Smartplug (Zigbee)

Hi there.
I bought 3 Lidl Smartplugs (Zigbee).
( SILVERCREST® Tussenstekker - Zigbee Smart Home | LIDL)
I have a Sonoff ZBDongle-E and paired the Smartplugs without any problem.
In the device screen I can see also power use but it always shows 0 (zero).

I am using ZHA. Is there a way to get this to work.
(I found some items on this forum but they all are atlease 1 year old)

Please help.

I’ve got some similar devices (UK version) and there is no power monitoring functions with ZHA, I don’t see this capability listed on the website either.

On the box, it says that it can monitor Energie

I tested it with Zigbee2MQTT and then the power and current meter is worken.
I want to use ZHA because all my other devices are connected via ZHA.

What firmware version are you running on the Sonoff ZBDongle-E, I have 4 of the lidl plugs and all 4 show current usage. I have been running the latest firmware from darksxt. you can use the webflasher on Silabs Firmware Flasher | Web based flasher for ZB-GW04 and ZBDongle-E. MultiPAN RCP firmware enables these devices to be used with Silabs Multiprotocol Addon in Home Assistant. Allow Zigbee and Thread to co-exist on the same dongle. Get ahead of the tech an experiment with Matter!. I downloaded the latest firmware from silabs-firmware-builder/firmware_builds/zbdonglee at main · darkxst/silabs-firmware-builder · GitHub (version 7.4.1) its bleeding edge but I have been running for a few weeks and it works great, however I would first try the default firmware from the webflasher. as its been tested thoroughly.

Thanks DENightOne. This could be the problem. My Firmware on the ZBDongle-E is version 6.10.3.0 build 297.
I’m afraid to upgrade the ZBDongle-E because:

  • Do I need to repair all my devices
  • If the upgrade fails, the ZBDongle-E will be destroyed.

So I think I accept not seeing the Current and Power value’s.
