Life360 images not showing on mobile

Hi everyone,

I’m having some troubles figuring out how to get my Life360 images on mobile to show.
On my desktop (chrome) i’m seeing the images just fine. Only on mobile I’m getting a question mark sign.
Before on 2023.9 it was just fine but since then I’m getting a question mark sign.

Already tried to reload, change images on Life360 app, customization is not possible I think. Tried customization in configuration.yaml but file won’t load because it doesn’t know customization.

So i’m a bit stuck :slightly_frowning_face: . Anyone has an idea or a possible direction.

Probably need to clear the browser cache on your mobile.

I am having the same issue
it stopped suddenly. in chrome or safari browser it is showing up fine but not showing up on iphone or ipad apps

Tried this but no luck. Also reinstalling the home assistant app didn’t have any effect.

Oh, so you’re not accessing HA from a browser on your phone, but through the companion app? You didn’t say that. This sounds like a companion app issue. You should ask for help in the Mobile Apps category.

I’m having this problem too. Life360 profile pictures work fine on PC, but not in HA companion app on IOS. Also after clearing app cache. Can’t seem to find a solution anywhere.
