Life360 state change as trigger?

Can I just use the " state" trigger with the “place” attribute as a trigger so whenever it changes the actions run, regardless of what it’s changing from or to? And just use the not condition and the place attribute with the location of my apartment, so when I leave, the state changes, and it’s not my apartment anymore so it arms the security system? Or am I doing this wrong?

What exactly are you trying to achieve? Yes you should be able to trigger based on attributes from Life360.

I realized I spelled the location wrong, it was triggering even when I got home. Thank you
