Light_group: is there a way to change configuration without reboot?

Hi,
I just discovered light_groups.

i.e.

light:

# -------------------------------------------
  - platform: group
    name: lightgroup - gang
    entities:
      - light.my_n00_gang_light_l07_hanglamp
      - light.my_n00_gang_light_l10_toilet
      - light.my_n01_gang_light_l06_hanglamp
      - light.my_n02_gang_light_l09_hanglamp

I placed a yaml config file in the homeassistant\packages subfolder

Is there a way to reload a new config without restarting homeassistant? Just like you can reload automations, groups, etc… individually
