Looking to replace these lights with tunable white but I am having issues finding lights in this style that will work with HA. Looking for recommendations. I would prefer smart light but willing to do a smart switch if my options are limited.
Current light has an octagon box in the ceiling.

Need to know what country you are in (power requirements and device availability) as well as if you already use zigbee or ZWave or something else before making recommendations.
I am in Canada so 120Vac. I have a few ZigBee devices currently.

How many lights are you talking about? I understand your preference for a smart light, but I’ve used a Shelly Dimmer on those cases where I have multiple lights and I’m sure I’ve saved quite a good money coloring to replace all the individual lights by smart ones. And it’s hidden behind the wall switch, so it’s transparent, and also keep all the functionality of the original wall switch, so it’s friendly to visitors.
I love the reliability and tons of options of Shelly, but you can use other options available in the market.
Yes that one is 4" but there are 6" as well. Going to do the whole house slowly. I’ll take a look at what you did thanks.
The entire house eventually. If I need to go smart switch I will but I would prefer to get tunable white if I can. I do like the Shelly dimmer though for worst case.
if there’s downlight casing similar to your design, you could just place regular wifi/zigbee e27 inside.
