Light white when on (so invisible on a white background)

I have a ZigBee light (light.tz300_etc) for which I have a button in lovelace to toggle it on and off (I also have it in an entity - the behaviour, below, is identical). Annoyingly, when it comes on, the icon colour changes to white which, with a white background, is even less useful than an ashtray on a motorbike. It just visually disappears. I also have ZigBee switches but they change to yellow when they’re on which is exactly what I’d like with my light.

Is there a way of setting the icon’s “on” colour?

I think it should go in a feature request,
because I have the same problem and didn’t find a solution either
