Lightening struck now won't reboot

Had lightening struck around the house last night and took out a few electronics, HA will not boot anymore, have basically narrowed down to corrupted SD disk as I have it on a working RPI as a USB external disk

Looks like a couple partitions are corrupt. I am not a native linux user so have a hard time understanding what is going on. Is it typical to have the HA partitioned to like 5 partitions and which one am I looking at for to copy if I want to save my configuration to do a new installation?

and how do I use FSCK or other commands to fix the corrupted disk??
