Lights are no longer available after restart

Hello everyone,

unfortunately I have a problem with the lights (Osram) under Home Assistant in combination with the Conbee 2 stick. Pairing and switching the lights works fine until I restart HA. The lights are shown as “not available” in the dashboard. However, they are there in deConz and I can also switch them on and off in Phoscon. Do you know what it could be?

Likewise I can switch them on and off ok in Phoscon. All my Xiaomi/aqara zigbee gear is working fine in home assistant, it is just the lights not flowing through.
