Lights going crazy on zigbee

I have ha set up for over a year with the current z2m. Today is very hot here 40c. My zigbee lights are toggling on and off every few seconds.

In ha it says turned on/ off. SO not an automation or app at least. How can i get more info what is happening. Does the switch fail to work due to heat, or something else?

It’s not every switch off the type. Just some. It’s an in wall module like these

One is going every 1-2 seconds, others are more intermittent.
I don’t think it’s the heat, one is downstairs in the middle of the house.

I pulled the zigbee stick from HA so it’s not coming from that end.

But 3 switches decided to have this issue at the same time is strange.
