Lights Turning On without script, automation or other trigger following zigbee2mqtt upgrade

I’m at a bit of a loss to understand what is happening. After I upgraded to Zigbee2mqtt v1.30.2-1 various lights have been turning on and off seemingly randomly (including kids bedrooms in the middle of the night!!).

The logbook doesn’t show any associated triggers, scripts or automations firing when the lights change, just turned on / off. This is new unexpected and very unwelcome behaviour, I’ve not changed configuration recently and I have now reverted back to 1.30.1-1 and all is well again. Logs don’t seem to show anything obvious. The oddest thing is both Zigbee Philips Hue light bulbs and Tasmota flashed switches which present as lights are affected. I did originally upgrade home assistant OS to 2023.3.1 immediately after zigbee2mqtt and had to revert that back and trouble shoot before pin pointing the issue to zigbee2mqtt upgrade.

I have been searching the forums for the last 2 days but can’t see anything obvious, no breaking changes that I’m aware of, no power surges, zigbee network seems healthy I think (47 devices), no rogue devices that I am aware of. I’ve not had problems like this before without an obvious configuration issue that could be explained logically, and have been running HA for +2 years.

Anyone had a similar issue and could point me straight please let me know!

UPDATE - I’ve isolated my issues which are caused by adaptive lighting integration. No fix yet but at least I understand the cause now…
