Lights with backup control and the color options

Hi, im trying to find some dimmer that would fit two seemingly countering requests:

Be able to interate into homeasistant for warm / cold white automation.
But at the same time be controllable even when HA dies with buttons. (Just as dumb light - no color etc. needed)

Only solution i see right now is Shelly Pro Dimmer 2PM, where each channel drives cold or warm white light source, HW buttons are connected to the “backup” channel only and if HA “sees” the light turn on, it applies color and intensity settings.

But i worry, that this approach could cause lights to go full on backup for a second, before HA adjusts the settings.

Bonus requrement: Ideally it should be wired ethernet like shelly.

TLDR: With HA running you have smart lights with warm/cold white, without HA you still have “some” light that you can turn on.
