Lightweight control frontend

Hi,

Newbie here.

In terms of control panels, are there low-power HASS compatible customisable touchscreen devices that run an environment that just displays buttons and basic sensor data, for example an AC control panel that shows all the rooms and you press a room to get the temp and modes that you can set, maybe pressing on temperature gives you a number keypad, it can control anything but it doesn’t have to run a web browser, I envisage some kind of UI builder that is just basic building blocks that link to network sensors or actuations?

I’m thinking finished devices like the Sonoff nspanel, with something like this IDE used to build the menus: Workshop4 IDE Resources - 4D Systems Resource Centre

I know the nspanel can be hacked to display dashboards but I’m thinking much more lightweight, anything like that exist?

Thanks.
