Linear HUSBZB-1 and Tradfri bulbs

Does anyone know of the Linear HUSBZB-1 usb stick will work the the Ikea Tradfri bulbs?

I ordered the Linear HUSBZB-1 and discovered that it is possible to pair the Tradfri bulbs with the Linear HUSBZB-1.

I also have successfully paired Ikea bulbs with the Zigbee sensors in the HUSBZB-1. Took a bit of playing around, but this was true when I was pairing them to the smartthings hub.
