I have currently Tailscale running as a VPN (with PiHole) on my server and I want to add Google Home to my HA. Now I’ve seen that Tailscale has a funnel option called Tailscale Funnel. My question is, if Tailscale Funnel enabled can I reach my Google Home and link it to my HA? Any help is appreciated.

Yes, you can use tailscale funnels to get Google Home to work.
This is of course all done after you have set up the TLS proxy (I did it in steps which kept my sanity)
You need to set the funnel on in the tailscale configuration within home assistant and also change the access controls on the tailscale admin console. There is actually a button on the side in tailscale that adds this all for you.
Once you have done that you can test that you can get into your home assistant dashboard with a device outside of your tailscale private network.
From this point on follow the instructions for the google assistant integration in the home assistant docs or via one of the youtube step by steps.
