Link two buttons in a switch

Hello
I have two avatto 4 gang switch in the first i have a switch that is connected to a light and in the second i have a switch that is not connected to anything .
i would like to know what is the best way to link between them ? so when i click one the second switch would be turned on/ off in sync .

The switch is avatto tuya zigbe switch . i control it using HA

+1 to @kyouens. i do the exact same things as you are asking to turn a 1 way switch to a virtual 3 way switch.
