The documentation for the official Nexia integration only shows a humidify-set service and set air cleaner mode. Of course setting the temperature setpoint is much more interesting.
The Hass UI provides a way to manually change the settings, but I am interested in having an automation change the settings.
Does anyone know the service needed to set temperature setpoints?
Or
Does anyone know how to log API calls from Hass to Nexia to see what information is being passed.
or does the official Nexia integration only allow automations for the air cleaner and humidifier?
It looks like no one has thermostats on automation either.
Another question: is there anyway to contact the Hass company to ask about this? - integration allows manual control of thermostat, but provides no service for automations - can’t use thermostat in home automation.
I found the answer - in the hass Docs, there is a page on ‘climate’. While there are three links titled ‘climate’ on the Nexia page, none go to The Climate page.
