After testing several solution to multiroom audio, I ended with LMS + PiCorePlayer.
I have integrated the LMS with HA and can control my devices, play songs etc.
However, HA “Browse Media” shows only the below options while my LMS has Radio etc.
I have Googled on both LMS and HA integration but did not came with a solution:

Also, What are you using to control multi-room audio? Any ideas I can explore?

Frankly I use the LMS interface (with the same skin you show).
I also use the speaker grouping in the mini-media-card which is in HACS.
PS also if you put your radio stations as a playlist, the playlists will appear in that list.
I have issues putting the web interface in an iFrame in HA since I use HA Cloud and LMS is not https.

You can use the lms server addon on ha itself perhaps.
Or run an ssl reverse proxy like nginx to the lms server.
Is there any work on further integration with HA?
