After restart of HA my Local fullfillment of Google Assistant not works anymore with nabucasa cloud service

Before Restart HA:

Google Assistant sent command ActivateScene (via local) by Home Assistant Cloud

After Restart HA:

Google Assistant sent command OnOff by Home Assistant Cloud
21:23:46 - 33 minutes ago

It also happened to me and since this moment I have never been able to use local support from Google Assistant.
It is a very fragile system. Looks like its behavior is totally unpredictable.
