LocalTuya: 2 identical switches, one works, one doesn't

I have two identical “QIACHIP” Wi-Fi Tuya switches. They both work perfectly in the Tuya app and in the Tuya integration.
But I want a 100% local installation so I am trying to get rid of both the app and the official Tuya integration.

LocalTuya detects both switches and they work perfectly… until I block their internet access in my router. After I do that, one switch keeps working fine in LocalTuya, but the other one does not: it is shown as online but if I turn it on, it goes off a few seconds later and no action is actually done.
As soon as I allow internet access again to that switch, it goes back to work. WTH?

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. :slight_smile:

Update: after a few hours the working switch goes unavailable and after restarting LocalTuya it behaves like the other one. Is this the zombie state described in the home page of the localtuya GitHub?
