HA blocked my routers IP and now I can not figure out how to get into HA to get rid of the banned IP. I am running HAAS on a virtual machine on an Unbuntu desktop. I can get to the HA CLI but can not find a way to get to the underlying folder structure. Any help would be much appreciated.
Your router doesn’t access HA. You access HA from devices on your network. Those could possibly be banned?
Are you seeing “403 Forbidden” when you try to access it using the local address?
I got a notification in HA saying it blocked my router IP, and now I can’t get into it. I use DuckDNS address before but it wont work, neither will using the IP in the URL.
I can get to observer with the IP and it looks good. When I try the HA url I get nothing.
It was my SSL settings keeping me out. No idea why. I found a backup of HA that had my SSH credentials in it so I was able to get in, remove the IP Ban, and the SSL settings. After that I was able to get back in a setup SSL again.
When you use the local ip you have to use https:// and then advance through the warning. http:// won’t work after you’ve configured ssl within the http:
