Locked out of Homeassistant Green

Need some assistance getting logged back into HA Green. Android app and website are not taking my username/password.

Is there a way to factory reset Green and start from scratch?

I have previously reviewed that information and since Green is preinstalled with HA on the device, and I am also locked out via the web address, I was hoping for the factory reset to start fresh creating the account username and password. As a noob I am not familiar with how to access folders to delete files in Green as some of the steps require. I am unable to get past the username/password for the Android app or web access, although i am pretty confident i have them correct. This started when i tried to access HA via web access for the first time, received the incorrect username/password message so I logged out of app to try logging back in and got thr same message as web access and now have no access to HA from both.

Can you connect a keyboard and screen ?

I can and i was able to follow the steps in a youtube video to confirm my username and reset the pw. thanks for your assistance.

Hi - I have had a similar issue. Can you please describe the steps you went through to regain access to your username? I am a complete novice with computers and this is my first encounter with Home Assistant.
