Log time format Mosquitto broker

I had a question regarding a possible setting that could give me readable time log format for the Mosquitto MQTT broker Add-in. Right now (Mosquitto version 5.1.1) gives me a mix of epoch time (?) and human readable time:

I need a setting that gives me all times in a human readable format.
