Login attempt failed, how to identify severity?

I’ve seen different topics about this message but nothing that helps me to identify the problem. Is there something I can do about this?

I’m using duck dns, ssh, 2 factors authentication.

I too am getting HIts from that same ec2-34-222-5-1.us-west-2.compute.amazonaws.com
For the life of me i cant find why or where
