Login Attempt Failed notifications

Seen a few other topics on this but none of them seemed to help.

Once in a while, maybe a 2-3 times a week tops I get a notification “Login Attempted Failed” in the Lovelace UI. The IP is ALWAYS my public IP but it’s always from me. The notification pops up right when I tab over to my browser and look at the Lovelace UI. I can keep using everything just fine though.

My setup in my browser is, I have a pinned tab in Chrome pointing to https://<mySubDomain>.duckdns.org/lovelace/home

No problems from other devices like phones or tablets.
