Login Issue - connecting with Home Assistant Local?

I am not sure what I am missing. My PC, phone and 1 tablet connect no issues. PC is using chrome, phone is using the app and tablet is using Fully Kiosk Browser.
My other tablet wont login with any of the 3 options.
When I go to the local ip or the duckdns log in this tablet allways says Logging in with: Home Assistant Local. So it doesn’t let me enter in my user name/password.

What am I missing so that I can get this tablet to login correctly?
Running the latest version HassOS 4.13 in a VM.

Did you figure this out? Because I’m having the same issue w/ my iPhone refusing to login (or even give me a login prompt).

I think I just ended up rebooting everything. Router and HA and then it worked…
